Design is a very broad, charming and versatile career; it is constantly updated thanks to research in favor of the discipline. For this reason, the curriculum has undergone many changes. For example, the incorporation of the comprehensive mention in the new current curriculum. I am sure that the covid 19 will bring with it other changes and new looks of design and for Design. Currently, our curriculum consists of 3 learning phases: interpreting, intervening, and transforming. Each of them is different stages. In the first, we understand what design is and if it exists in a whole and in everything, acquiring references. In the second we learn different techniques on how to treat the collected material. In the third we learn to reinterpret and transform what is known, generating more design with our own gaze, and prioritizing the needs of our users. Traveling to the future... what madness! If I could choose, I would like to go to October 31, 2041. I would go to this date because I would be celebrating 20 years of marriage. I want to see how much I have aged, how my marriage is going and if I have children. I also want to know how I am doing as a designer if I am happy or what I should notice in my present. Now, thinking about a specific time... I think I would travel at 20:00, at dinner time. I want to meet my future self after the day's activities and ask how these 20 years have been over a cup of red tea. See how much my husband has aged and if his hair has already fallen out to take a selfie with his baldness. If I had children, I would like to ask them what they love most about my future self and what results dreams of it. Also, I would like to visit my mother, who must be 62 years old, see how my sisters are doing and know what path my nephew has taken. The most logical thing would be for a design student to work as a designer, but this discipline is so broad that it is difficult to decide on everything if you do not have a clear idea from the beginning of your degree. However, I am clear that I would like to specialize. I dream of working at the MK store, in the furniture area, I have a fascination for elegant furniture, the smell of wood and Japanese joints. Sergio Freire was very right when he said that music is something that unites us. Everyone in the world listens to music regardless of race, politics, or socioeconomic status. However, that does not mean that we all have the same tastes in music genres. For a traveler like me, this is a difficult question as my answer is always the world! However, Sri Lanka is a country that I have wanted to visit for some time. I would like to visit Sri Lanka, because it is a country considered a remnant of Eden, since it is an island full of wonders to visit, one of the great producers of tea, coconut, rubber and cinnamon. Also, Sri Lanka created the world's first elephant orphanage and not only that but also, here is a 15 meter tall Buddha!
